Your privacy is important to us


Ukall understands that when you, our customer, use our apps and cloud platforms, you are entrusting us with one of your most valuable asset - your Data. You trust that its privacy will be protected and that it will be used only in a way that is consistent with your expectations.


Ukall offers various apps to simplify the way organisations collect, interpret, share and use data to make well informed and timely decisions. This privacy statement explains the data Ukall apps collect, how Ukall handles it, and for what purposes. References to Apps in this statement includes the web portal, mobile apps and support services.



Data Ownership

The data collected through our apps is fully owned by the customers and Ukall does not have any rights to anonymize and aggregate such information.



Who can access your data and on what terms?

The Ukall team does not have default access to our customers data. Instead, we are granted access, by the customer, only when necessary. Such access in most cases is to allow troubleshoot a specific issue or to support in analyzing the specific customer data. Such access is revoked as soon as it is no longer needed.



Data Storage and Security

All the data we collect using our apps is stored on a secure cloud server (Microsoft Azure). Azure Security Center provides us with increased visibility into the security of the resources we have deployed on the cloud and has the ability to prevent, detect and respond to threats and provide focused security recommendations.



Payment of Fees

A client shall pay Ukall the applicable fees indicated under pricing above for the number of users on their account as consideration for use of Akida and receipt of support services. Ukall may disable access or prevent use of the App if payment not received by the due date i.e within fifteen (15) days from the invoice date. Ukall shall have no obligation to notify customers regarding changes or updates to the fees.
